Job Description:Must have- Should have been a Operations Manager at least for 2.5 year in his/her previous role Should be handling Manager' s or AM' s Prior experience in General Insurance or can be from other insurance background also Minimum twelve years of experience in the ITES sector Minimum four to six years of experience in a managerial role (Must have experience in managing a span over 100) Graduate from a recognized university& amp amp relevant Relevant Insurance/ F& amp amp A experience Should have handled a team of 100+ FTEs Well versed with the application of process improvement tools Should have an done at least 1-2 transitions Should have been part of Process Improvement projects (Green Belt, Lean, re-engineering projects) Related industry certifications Prior work experience in UK/US Insurance domain preferred Good to have - Post-graduation in any discipline To serve as a member of the leadership group of organization' s Operations & amp amp own responsibility & amp amp accountability of two or more assigned processes oversee SLA delivery, effectively manage relevant stakeholders, actively manage & amp amp engage process manager & amp amp team leaders Process Management & amp amp Improvement People Management Customer Service & amp amp SLA Delivery Strategic Initiatives Process Management & amp amp Improvement Drive & amp amp achieve productivity enhancements Own weekly/monthly management reports & amp amp highlight relevant gaps & amp amp /or concerns Responsible for scoping, identifying new areas of work Oversee migration & amp amp stabilization of new processes Periodically review process & amp amp regulatory requirements & amp amp ensure compliance Review FTE requirements, shift plans & amp amp capacity planning Initiate, Execute & amp amp Facilitate process improvement initiatives/projects Lead Org wide projects across locations Integrate domain knowledge & amp amp business understanding to create superior solutions for the client Must clear at least one certification a year People Management Conduct regular meetings with process managers & amp amp resolve concerns Conduct skip level meetings with team members & amp amp resolve escalations Own rewards & amp amp recognition schemes for assigned processes/teams Oversee L& amp amp D trainings for self & amp amp process managers Oversee staff domain certifications Ensure completion of process certifications by all staff (Process managers, Team leads& amp amp associate ) within pre-defined timelines Liaise with recruitment team for recruiting new team members Identify & amp amp facilitate movements within the division for Process Managers Customer Service & amp amp SLA Delivery Drive on-time, accurate & amp amp quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes Manage client relationships and escalations Strategic Initiatives Explore opportunities to move processes to the organization satellite office Participate in special projects/organization wide initiatives Strategic Thinking People Management Transformational Leadership Process Focus Client Management Innovation Focus Ability to learn & amp amp drive change Impact & amp amp Influence
