Job Description:Mission for the Job/Overview Responsible for overall development and delivery of various capability development programs in the Service Delivery primarily focusing on verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities Audit transactions/calls to identify opportunities with soft skills and language impacting Customer experience Conduct feedback &amp coaching on grammar and soft skills for verbal and written communication Ensure calibration on Client expectation on Customer experience Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines Complete his/her certification process Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests Willingness to learn product &amp process to become a Universal Trainer Required Skills/Education Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Has to have good understanding of functional Grammar and MTI Should be acquainted with the communication nuances of the local audience - possible kinds of errors that one would expect in the location Needs to have well developed feedback and coaching skills Good rapport building skills, extremely methodical and organized Good analytical ability Good reading/learning, researching - skills Demonstrated Customer service skills Applicant should be proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, power point) Any experience in regards to Training would be preferable.
