Preferred B2 certification JD for Service desk Analyst 1.Excellent technical skills and ability to support Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8 &amp amp amp 10 desktop infrastructure, Microsoft Office suite, and common printer issues. ( MAC OS will be add-on) 2.McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS) - Installation and Troubleshooting 3.McAfee Endpoint Encryption - Machine Recovery/User Recovery 4.Basic technical skills and support capabilities in troubleshooting Mobile Phones. a.Android &amp amp amp IPhone (Email Configuration, VPN configuration, APN etc.) b.Preferred if already have knowledge on Mobile device Management tools like Mobile Iron, Air watch Etc., 5.Basic technical skills and support capabilities for Windows Server Infrastructure a.Understanding file permissions, access levels, Domain Controllers, Active Directory, and SharePoint. 6.Basic technical skills and support capabilities for troubleshooting client network issues. a.Understanding DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi, VPN related issues. 7.Basic technical skills and support capabilities on Exchange outlook Related issues. a.Configuration, Installation, Troubleshooting Outlook profiles, Calendars, Mailbox etc. 8.Basic knowledge on support capabilities for virtualization technologies Citrix Preferred 9.Basic Knowledge on ITIL, Incident Management, Handling first level of Major Incident Management 10.Support capabilities on Password Management for intranet &amp amp amp Enterprise applications. 11.Any Ticketing tools like HPSM, Remedy etc., 12.Basic Knowledge on web conferencing and videoconferencing applications. ( WebEx, Telepresence) 13.Ability to investigate and resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite. 14.Outstanding professionalism including highly developed customer service skills, issue and problem management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 15.Strong Customer Skills and Communication Skills with excellent written and Verbal etiquette.
