Job Description:Maintaining accounts as per accounting standards. Should have experience in preparing balance sheet and consolidation of accounts of divisions/ subsidiaries in Excel Perform monthly closing of books Review and analysis of the financial statements (P/L, B/S, C/F) Must have handled Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, etc. Basic knowledge of GST would be preferred Preparation of MIS/reports for executive management - Ability to analyze financial information and summarize financial status Review and recommend changes to accounting systems and procedures Improve efficiency of accounts &amp amp amp finance department/processes Must be able to handle company' s external CA (statutory &amp amp amp internal auditor), and external CS. Plus: Experience of handling of statutory payments, data preparation, and returns filing for TDS, Sales tax/VAT/ Service Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC etc., will be a plus Should be open to relocation to Lucknow.
