Job Description:We are looking for someone to manage our finance/accounting and office operations. We are a 100-employee IT (software) company. We are looking for someone having 5+ years experience in managing finance (accounting, book keeping, payroll, taxes) and office operations of an IT company of similar size.&amp amp nbsp Responsibilities: Finance Do payrolls for employees on month end. Prepare and file tax returns. Bookkeeping using QuickBooks software. Reimburse employee travel expenses. Purchasing of office equipment (laptops and more). Office Operations Maintain office building lease rental. Find a new office place as and when needed.&amp amp nbsp Overall office maintenance and supervise housekeeping. Ensure all the Office Telephone, Utilities bills paid on time. Maintain bank relationships.&amp amp nbsp Travel arrangements for employees, vendors and customers. Work closely with HR. Work closely with Networking (internal IT). Requirements 5+ years experience in managing finance (accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, taxes) and office operations of a small to medium sized IT company. Professional experience in payroll, bookkeeping, with Tally or Quickbooks. Professional experience with Tally or Quickbooks. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word and Excel). [Optional] Some HR and Networking experience/understanding. Our office operations include Finance, HR and Networking therefore, it will be useful for you to have some relevant experience.&amp amp nbsp Excellent verbal and written communication skills Honest and reliable. Someone who takes full ownership of his/her work and takes initiatives to suggest ideas for improvements.&amp amp nbsp Candidates local to Odisha are preferred.
