Job Description:Role and Responsibilities of Regional Admin Need to take care of overall administration work of the region Roles and Responsibilities of Regional HR Recruitment and Selection: Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse channels after identification of manpower requirements then selecting right candidates from that pool of talents by different selection tests and placing them into right job. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: Organizing events & amp amp competitions on various festivals among employees. Building a close knit with the employees so as to understand their grievances, pros & amp amp cons of the system and accordingly taking it to next level so as to formulate necessary strategies. Conducting various fun activities on the floor to combat work pressure. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT: Identifying training needs. Organizing in-house and out house training programs for all Stores. Providing a mass training (Training on HR policies, Behavioral Training, Soft Skill training) at Branch level. STATUTORY COMPLIANCES: Handling legal compliances i.e. Shop & amp amp Establishment, Labor License, Maternity benefit Act, Minimum Wages Returns. ESI(Online IP generation, Permanent ESI card preparation), liaisoning with Govt. bodies, maintaining legal registers etc. GRIEVANCE & amp amp DICIPLINARY HANDLING: Initiate Disciplinary Procedure and ensuring its closure within TAT. Conducting Enquiry to final signoff. Initiating Employee Counseling to find out cause of grievance.& amp nbsp Feedback and Control Mechanism. HRMS: Preparing monthly MIS related to HR activities.(Master Data base, Resignation & amp amp Termination tracker etc.) Responsible for handling queries regarding offer and appointment letter status, confirmation & amp amp transfer, code generation of employees, Generation of Various letters(SCN, Termination Letter, Inquiry Letter etc..) Maintaining employees Personnel file & amp amp Updating Various documents in employees personal file(Like Transfer Letters, PMS Letters, Increment Letters, Joining Reports other documents)& amp nbsp Generation of Ecodes of newly joined Employees on HRMS. Updating Transfer, Resignation, Termination ,Raising employee clearance after resignation etc on HRMS. Branch Visits and Mediclaim settlements:& amp nbsp Regular Branch Visits across Uttar Pradesh and providing training to employees at branch level(7 Branch Visits in every month).& amp nbsp Settlements of cash less and non cash less mediclaims of employees within TAT. PAYROLL: Maintaining Attendance & amp amp Leave Records. Updating employees attendance on HRMS on regular basis. Preparation of input sheet at the end of the payroll cycle and send that input sheet to HO for salary process. Solving salary issues of employees.& amp nbsp EXIT MANAGEMENT: Full & amp amp Final Settlement of exit employees& amp nbsp Attrition analysis. Gratuity settlement of employees. PF withdrawal process.
