Job Description:Oversees Administrative support, Human Resources Assistance & amp amp office services duties include assisting with staffing through visa processing, administrative support, and/or other related functions. Strong knowledge & amp amp experience in UAE Labor Law, Compensation, Organizational Planning and Development, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Safety, Employee Engagement and Development etc. Good knowledge in Organizational and Time Management skills. Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight timelines. A strong team support with polished communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in advanced computer applications. Maintaining Employee data and MIS Reports (Monthly & amp amp Annually). Oversee Personal administration including leave, attendance, and final settlements like Gratuity, Bonus, and other benefits. Review all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with Department heads. Implement any increases and promotions. Dealing with legal issues and different HR operations. Heading all HR/IR operation of the plant. Preparation and issuance of job offers, letter of appointments, salary confirmations for new staff and to ensure proper documentation of all staff is in place. Maintain various HR track logs confirmation letters, resignation & amp amp miscellaneous documents. Handling Industrial Relations which include maintaining healthy employee relations between labor and management, Wage Settlement, Employee Welfare Practices & amp amp Industrial Discipline, organize welfare activities (off-site visit, Employee get-together, sports, festival celebration, and events). Responsible for SPOC to communicate policies, procedures, benefits programs to employees. Implementing of labor laws and adherence of statutory compliance at the plant. Contractor selection including Labor contract, Security service, Housekeeping, Canteen contract, Transport contract etc. Preparation of Leave pay, Final Settlement etc as per the local government requirements. Attendance and Leave Management Disciplinary Activities Employee Training Heading the total Establishment Security, Maintaining House-keeping and Garden in the factory premises, Canteen management, Health and Safety, Medical insurance and examination of employees, health records, investigation of accidents, systematic plant inspection, facility management.
