Job Description:1) Reporting to - finance manager of the company, perform the delegated assignments and to assist in smooth work as per the operation of the F &amp amp amp A dept. 2) MIS reports - Maintaining periodic viz Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly MIS reports required by the management 3) Costing Calculation &amp amp amp Monitoring Cost and margin of yards &amp amp amp transactions 4) Branch- handling branch accounts &amp amp amp their MIS 5) Foreign Trade Export and Import Documentation knowledge &amp amp amp its FLOW 6) Trade Finance Banking- Liaison with the banks for Trade finance transactions, open LCs/TR, monitor charges and comply all the requirements 7) Fund Planning -Maintain fund flow statement, controlling Receivables and timely payments of loan maturities 8) Reconciliation - To ensure monthly reconciliation of all the receivable, payable and related party ledgers/companies 9) Audit - To scrutinize the general ledger and get the interim &amp amp amp yearly audit done. 10) Back-up - Should know every function of the finance &amp amp amp accounts dept. so as to act as back up for any staff on emergency leave. 11) Other - UAE VAT knowledge preference.
