Job Description:1.Responsible for meeting the revenue targets for sales & amp amp timely realization of credit from the market. 2.Executing Business development and sales strategy. 3.Mentor, coach and train the team. 4. Instrumental role in building relationship with the dealers in the market and earn the loyalty of the trade channel. 5.Build market intelligence on competition to enable strategies to counter competition, to protect and enhance the market share. 6.Exposure to implement and ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures defined for the operations. 7.Experience in forecasting demand, Inventory management and dispatch planning in a dispersed setup. 8.Thorough knowledge of operations and functioning of a depot in a dispersed set up.
