Manager Level) Experience : 3 to 6 yrs Skills Required : The candidates should possess a retention background if it is combined with some sales experience then it will be ideal. Coordinate with Sales team to understand case history, points of disgruntlement, member profile and selling pointers before approaching the case. Prepare MIS for case by case recession handling and outcomes. The candidates should preferably from Banking / Telecom / insurance industry with a retention background Skills: 1. Analytical skill and attention to detail are essential requirements for this role 2. Good decision- making skills to make recommendations for improvements and execute timely/ correct decisions. 3. Patience and Good Listening Skills 4. Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills 5. Excellent Interpersonal Skills as this role would require cross functional interactions. 6.
