We have open requirement for HR-Executive for Wipro in Mumbai Kindly find below details :- Role: HR-Executive Location: Airoli(New Mumbai) Job Description: Handle strength of more than 3000 employees spread across Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat & amp amp Rajasthan (West region) Take Induction of new joinees thrice a week, explaining them the process of submitting attendance, claims and other HR policies. Handle queries regarding Salary, claims, synergy technical issues, PF & amp amp ESIC, Final settlement and vendor related issues. Attend audit meetings at client site for statutory compliance monthly, quarterly and bi-annually. Collate all required documents from vendors, checking them and presenting the same to external auditors. Resolving any issues or concerns raised by auditor. Conduct quarterly audit at Vendor offices for West region. Checking documents concerning registration (One time requirement) like P Tax, PF & amp amp ESIC Code allotment letter, Shops & amp amp Establishment registration, MSA copy etc. Also checking monthly documents like PF, ESIC, PT challan, ECR copy and remittance copy. Share & amp amp maintain dashboard report with HO and supervisors for Salary payments of Vendors, Performance of Vendor, Contract renewals and appraisals. Handle Backup Requests in the region. Coordinate with Project Managers, partners and engineers for smooth functioning of backup requirements.
