Job Description: The B2B Sector Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing to the Local Growth sectors in the India and to drive the Premium Acceleration initiatives . The objective is to prioritise, plan and implement global/local marketing programmes that will support the achievement of market share, portfolio and financial targets. Specific focus should be given to develop Winning Offers and driving cross sell and upsell opportunities for the responsible sectors. Additional Purpose of this role is to drive B2B Premium Acceleration initiatives as part of the Accelerated Growth(AG) plan for India. Specific focus should be given to growing the Premium business and driving cross sell and upsell Success in this role will require a close relationship with sales, the technical team, global marketing and key customers. A deep understanding of the external market and competitor activities is essential. As India is a fast-growing market, there is also the opportunity to work with the Global Industry and Specialities marketing teams to provide input to the development of new customer value propositions, particularly in the area of value-added B2B Solutions, and to pilot new initiatives Accountabilities: Accountable for volume and C3 delivery for the B2B business of Local Growth Sectors. Manage costs for all marketing activity assigned (SP&amp amp amp A). Support and participate in the development of T &amp amp amp R plans Develop, maintain and implement the marketing strategy and plan for each target sector covering: pricing, product portfolio, training, the CVP and an integrated marketing communications plan Develop tailored marketing plans for a select number of key accounts, and build relationships with key customers Tailor global CVPs to the requirements of the Indian market Implement all communication programmes and activities as agreed in the marketing calendar (Aprimo planning tool), ensure they are fully integrated into the sales pipeline process (SPANCOP) and evaluated in terms of return on investment Monitor BTL SP&amp amp amp A budget expenditure in line with the sector plans, working closely with the Brand &amp amp amp Communications team Develop and tailor core sales support tools and work closely with Account Managers and the Sales Team Leaders to ensure full integration of marketing activities and confidence and understanding of CVPs Ensure qualified named prospects are fed into the SPANCOP tool , to support business development and growth Support the growth of the core product brands (Shell Diala, Shell Turbo, Shell Omala) and special focus on growing Premium Support the implementation of the business and channel management strategy for the India business Monitor competitive activity and market changes , making recommendations to adjust strategy as required Monitor and analyse data to understand brand, product and customer performance and trends across each sector Work closely with the Cluster Pricing team to implement the pricing strategy and hierarchy for each sector Work closely with the Cluster Product Lifecycle Manager to maintain the profitability and performance of the product portfolio Work closely with ICE &amp amp amp RTM teams to ensure alignment between direct and indirect activities/communication.
