Job Description:Job Description / Responsibilities 1.To handle sales of residential project 2.To Explain and show the project. 3.To Give presentations to HNI clients 4.To maintain accurate and extensive records of sales prospects. 5.To maintain cordial relations with Client/Broker. 6.To attend walk in customer / phone enquires in response to advertisements. 7.To conduct detailed market research/surveys and be apprised of all the competitors offers and schemes in the market on periodic basis 8.To track and follow up on all inbound leads. 9.To participate in domestic property road shows, exhibitions and sales related events. 10.To coordinate with site engineers & amp amp CRM in possession related matters, solving complaints/issues etc., 11.To accompany VIPs, IPCs & amp amp other related references for multiple site visits. 12.To appear for registration before the Sub -Registrar of Assurance on behalf of the company. 13.To get involved in back up work if need arises 14.To carry out other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time. 15.To prepare MIS and other reports on periodic basis and forward the same to Sales manager and HOD.
