This includes salary planning based on market analysis, variable pay planning and benefit planning. Participate in surveys to determine organizations competitive position and manages any necessary alignment. Proposes salary adjustments and designs variable pay plans (i.e. Short term and long term incentives) in regard to salary structure and organizational structure. Communicates organizations compensation and benefits programs features, plan and options. Compensation Contribute to the global annual salary planning tool. Benchmarking practice to be improved with multiple vendor reports. South East Asia (Philippines, Malaysia & amp amp Singapore) - Hands on experience in managing compensation increments Compensation Benchmarking: Participate & amp amp share relevant company data for market benchmark study. Map roles using Job Framework. Knowledge of Hybrid benchmarking. Knowledge of ' Market Pay' desirable. Benefits Insurance (INDIA & amp amp SEA): Renewal of GMC, GPA & amp amp GTL, negotiation and cost effectiveness while renewal of policies. Manage member requests and minimize escalations. Manage TPA deliverables and monthly monitoring of TAT. Philippines: In addition to insurance, manage process around mandatory benefits like SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth etc. 5-8 years of overall work experience.
