Job Description:1.Production experience of more than 10 years in deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and operational maintenance of large scale Routers and Switches deployments. 2.Should possess a valid CCNP/CCIE Certification. 3.Should monitor and manage the following technologies to ensure the availability, reliability and responsiveness of systems and services All LAN/WAN and data topologies 3rd party telecom services including MPLS, VSAT, CDMA, ISDN, INTERNET, 3G Routing protocols, Switching &amp Firewall technologies 4.Knowledge of CISCO IOS Security features and knowledge of security vulnerabilities threats and attacks 5.Should be able to study existing Network security infrastructure setup and suggest on improvement for better performance. 6.Ensure the timely correction of any bugs and vendor supplied patches and new releases related to enterprise applications 7.Provide consulting on contemporary design and solution requirement 8.Should provide leadership for the Network team, identifying work priorities and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external partners/stakeholders 9.Provide performance improvement solutions for Routing and Switching domains 10.Handle all L3 level escalations pertaining to Routing and Switching. 11.Should create a healthy interpersonal and team-oriented environment 12.Should ensure business area satisfaction with regular interaction and by managing expectations, understanding service level expectations and delivering IS solutions in a timely and cost-effective fashion 13.Should ensure IS best practices are followed for the delivery, implementation and maintenance of Network Devices / technologies by employee-partners and contractors 14.Develop a collective understanding of service level expectations with the business area and regularly review the business area measures and impressions of service level delivery 15.Ensure appropriate resources are in place to meet delivery expectations. Ensure appropriate and timely training, knowledge-transfer takes place to meet these expectations 16.Help team members achieve success through coaching, mentoring and providing effective and timely feedback
