FPY:-To conduct weekly CFT reviews for valve testing performance for achieving continuous improvement trend. Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) :-To update / analyze / circulate & amp amp initiate actions on monthly basis. Material Handling :-Monitoring and controls on material handling and stage wise antirust application for good quality product. Support quality team to drive & amp amp implement Kizuki system 3.Production & amp amp Delivery:- Monthly Reports:- To circulate monthly functional lead time reports for manufacturing . VSM :- To establish product line wise weekly CFT reviews to identify and eliminate wastages to achieve FSM for manufacturing . To strengthen BPI review mechanism to take it next level. To establish the mechanism for capturing / analyzing and circulating monthly Shipment lead time for Ball valve and TOV. 4.Cost:- Cost- Data analysis and arranging actions on inventory & amp amp consumables. To capture / tabulate / analyze / circulate manufacturing costs for new design. To standardize machine hour rate calculation methodology. 5. Capex & amp amp Infrastructure:- To add resources to improve 6& quot S& quot and visual management, as per indents generated by Leaders & amp amp Facilitators. To ensure the plant layout as per lean process flow. Supplier costing negotiation / PO generation / verification of costing & amp amp PO Checking. 6.Operational Excellence Best Practices Reviews :-To conduct best practices weekly one hour review with function with specific agenda. To take up Virgo foundry Best Practices to next level. To plan and ensure adherence to implementation of skill matrix Procurement of OpEx related items with in optimum lead time Implementation of Perfect Execution tools.
