Job Description:ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES 1Tie-up key account customersDevelop database of key account customers, understand their requirement, build competitive proposition with the channel partners to acquire them 2Acquire non-buyersBuild retail outlet-wise database, map key drivers (discount/credit), create competitive offers/campaigns to acquire & amp amp retain them 3Activate enrolled customersEnrol customers in the program and handhold them for the first few transactions and interactions so that the customers experience is same as promised. Responsible for customer activation and retention for various customer loyalty programs 4Business development through FOSManage FOS team for enrolment and activation of HSD customers on fleet program. Develop leads and convert leads into business. 5Competitive analysisTrack competitor activities and develop plans with field to retain/increase our market share. Map the program on SWOT from the customers view point and help the program evolve.
