Drive business development and direct all sales activities in Pan European Market Manage current team based out of Frankfurt, Germany through well planned market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position, including protection of its IPR. Plan and Manage Sales both at strategic and operational levels Establish strong relationship with existing &amp potential customers and channel partners Maximize sales and productivity through strategic planning and implementation, understanding sales trends, market research, analyzing business needs &amp forecasting.
