Job Description:Study scope of work, customer specifications and contract drawings. Estimate effort and determine time required for completion. Identify gaps, raise queries, prepare RFIs, seek clarification from customer and follow-up on pending customer inputs. Review RFI responses, interpret, evaluate adequacy (and close RFI). Own project budget, scope, timeline and ensure completion of project as per set time lines. Planning delivery, resource allocation, prioritizing, monitoring team members, recording performance and reporting status. Communication, coordinating with customer (fabricator) and other trades. Establish enhancements / changes and promptly raise change order request. Handle multiple projects simultaneously Ensure and adhere to documented standards, policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions. Planning, designing, training and coaching team members. Will be accountable for the quality of project deliverable and the detailing process. Formulate solutions for unexpected challenges (non-technical).
