Responsible for the statutory compliance with regulatory bodies viz: Factory Dept. PF, ESIC, Labour Dept. Dealing with various Industrial Labour Laws & amp amp Acts, etc Liasioning with Govt. Officials, viz: PCB, CGWB, F& amp amp B, Labour Dept., etc. Recruitment and selection. Induction of employee above manager level. Time Keeping, Leave Management, Salary Administration, General Administration. Fixation of Job Analysis, Employee engagement, Employee Life Cycle. Compensation and Benefit: To Develop Compensation & amp amp Payroll Policy, Grade Pay structure, Competitive pay & amp amp benefit analysis, Analysis of per unit labor cost. Managing work hour & amp amp Over time.
