Customer Perspective (Internal / External Responsiveness) 1 Customer Relationship Management 2 Coordinating with the clients regarding his / her stock and fund withdrawal. 3 Handling client queries either on phone or by visiting them personally. Innovation & amp amp Learning Perspective 1 Keeping upbeats with the current market trends along with the customer behavior and competitor analysis. 2 Enhancing interpersonal, selling Skills, presentation skills, and personal ongoing development. 3 Should undergo departmental induction training.
