Job Description:Job Description: Role / Designation: ASM /Manager& amp nbsp - Sales Experience Level: (2- 8 years) Education Qualification: BE B.Tech_ Electrical, Electronics / MBA-Sales & amp amp Marketing Location: Ahmedabad / Hyderabad& amp nbsp Responsibilities: 1.Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts communicating job expectations planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions enforcing policies and procedures. 2.Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews preparing and completing action plans implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards resolving problems completing audits identifying trends determining regional sales system improvements implementing change. 3.Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions. 4.Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. 5.Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives building and maintaining rapport with key customers identifying new customer opportunities. 6.Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and prompt service actions surveying consumer needs and trends tracking competitors. 7.Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending. 8.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks. 9.Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 10.Developing and Appointment of Distributors. 11.To generate project leads. 12.To develop relations with the key people in Builder as well as Commercial Segments (MNCs) viz. in-house architects, client& quot s purchase department, Government Segment viz. NDMC, MCD, Authorities, Defense, Railways, Healthcare and Institutions Segments viz. in-house architects, client& quot s purchase department, Hospitality and Retail Segments viz. in-house architects, client& quot s purchase department, Industrial segment viz. in-house architects, client& quot s purchase department etc. to churn out major business. 13.Prepare and implement daily and weekly sales action plans. 14.Schedule sales activity 15.Develop and maintain customer database 16.Develop various sales activity records and prepare sales reports for MIS 17.Plan and conduct marketing activities with immediate superiors Skills/Qualifications: 1.
