Walk In Date : 12th January Timing: 11 AM- 1 PM Venue :&amp amp nbsp Croma,&amp amp nbsp Unit No 6/12, Ground Floor, R Mall, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West, Thane 400601 Role: Customer Service Desk (Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service Desk is mandatory) Responsible to log calls for customers regarding product demonstration, installation &amp amp amp complaints. Arranging for the delivery of the product from the store or the warehouse to the customer on time. Coordinate with the respective company personnel &amp amp amp record the demo no. &amp amp amp inform the customer of the same. Responsible for exchange of products and refunds Resolve issues related to customer orders, product availability and pricing. Tracking the no. of days taken to attend to the complaint &amp amp amp find out the reason if it is more than 4 days. Issuing Goods Acknowledgement note (GAN) for products sold with manufacturing defects &amp amp amp sending them for repair. Informing customers when their repaired products are back. Recording showroom defect complaints &amp amp amp coordinating with respective company personnel for their repair. To ensure that all customer queries are well-investigated and resolved, and escalating necessary queries to supervisors. Maintaining customers focus on all times and answering to customers enquiries using the standard guidelines.&amp amp nbsp Handling inbound /outbound calls.&amp amp nbsp Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
