Job Description:Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments Typing, preparing and collating reports Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) Managing databases, Prioritising workloads Fixing appointments and meeting with the concerned persons/ departments and making necessary arrangements for the meetings. Looking after calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal department. Assist General Manager with data analysis, presentations and projects for business growth, track key business indicators and prepare analysis report Act as first point of contact internally and externally for the General Manager in filtering and directing communications/ inquires as appropriate. Updating and reverting to Guest Feedback on the Customer Management System
