Job Description:Business Manager for Tata Pravesh 1. To handle a team of 5-10 sales executives located in different cities of Rajasthan. & amp nbsp 2. Focus on capability building of each sales executives to enable him in confidently approaching sales targets on monthly basis.& amp nbsp & amp nbsp 3. Conversion of potential leads into order directly or along with SE in field.& amp nbsp & amp nbsp 4. Prepare PJP Plans, marketing plans for each SE. & amp nbsp 5. Coordinate with Tata Steel officers for order bookings, supplies, accounting & amp amp service processes.& amp nbsp & amp nbsp 6. Development of robust & amp amp motivated dealer channel all across Rajasthan. 7. Expansion of Sales & amp amp Service teams, dealer network as per business growth requirements. 8. Single point & amp amp complete ownership of sales targets & amp amp other KPIs as defined by Tata Steel.
