Job Description:Dear Candidate , Greeting for Samvith Technologies !!! We have immediate opening for GM Marketing in one of our Manufacturing MNC Client for Mumbai location. Qualification: Any graduate/ post graduate Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1)Responsible for achieving the sales revenue target & amp amp profitability goals in Mumbai market 2)Directly leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Unit Heads who would be selling to Key accounts as well as channel partner 3)He is also responsible for customer satisfaction and ASC revenue by managing a large service team 4)He will develop the aggressive sales strategy and plan to turn around our revenue and market share in both key accounts & amp amp channel partner 5)He will not only improve our market share amongst existing customers but will also add new customers in key accounts as well as SME segments. He will also ensure improvement in market share among existing channel partners and also add new channel partners to cover the potential market in Mumbai. 6)He will be responsible for the recruitment, training, monitoring & amp amp field management of capable aggressive sales & amp amp service team 7)Maintain the good relationship with important external key customers & amp amp channel partners. 8)Regularly evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Use this information to develop specific programs for encasing the all the opportunities and defend all our areas that may be negatively affected. He will also use this information to share with corporate sales & amp amp marketing team as well as disseminating with his own team. Desired candidate profile: Should have worked for minimum of 5 years in Mumbai market with experience of selling to key accounts, channel partners. He should have led large sales & amp amp service team in Mumbai & amp amp should have track record for managing the team of 10 to 15 people. Should have experience in turning around the branch performance and has experience in taking the branch in market leadership position from a number 3 or number 2 Should have experience in adding many new key accounts & amp amp channel partner in Mumbai. Should be aggressive in his approach in focus on fast growth with the team of highly dedicated sales & amp amp service people. Should have minimum of 15 to 20 years of work experience in indirect & amp amp channel sales. Ability to engage with senior management positions in key accounts to ensure favourable decision towards our brand Candidate should have sold the products with the value range of Rs 50000 to 100000 Should have experience in improving the productivity of the sales team by bringing necessary changes in recruitment, training and performance management of large team Experience in developing short term strategy and planning effectively & amp amp execution of the same. Should have good knowledge on Mumbai key accounts and B2B Channel partners Should have a excellent oral & amp amp written communication skills Must possess problem solving, ability, conflict management and driving innovation.
