Job Description:Position: Customer Care manager CTC 8 lacs Good communication skills & amp amp should be able to interact with various clients to understand their feedback and document the same. Conduct survey, Develop system of new customer engagement initiative, Client visit, Presenting business case to the senior management(Both internal as we as client side) Support KAMs (Key Account Manager) in routine building relationship processes: Maintaining logs and reports. Understand customers satisfaction level on a continuous basis. Responsible for data management, report management, procurement and coordination in day to day business tasks. Bringing good visibility of our services and value addition during client meeting Conduct customer engagement events to showcase organization capabilities. Organize and conduct Review meeting with clients by partnering with operation leaders. Focused improvement plan and delivering Customer Delight Desired Candidate Profile 1.Should have pleasing personality 2. Having excellent command over English communication. 3. Should have earlier worked in Supply Chain management/ FMCG/ Retail/ Fashion 4. Should be good in computers, MS-Office, Excel & amp amp PowerPoint.
