Job Description:Responsibilities : Develop and implement companys marketing and distribution plans and strategies with objective of maximizing visibility (online and offline), traffic and sales. Need to use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers. Execute marketing actions including promotional activities, customer relationships, influencer marketing, etc. Oversee online marketing of the brand and its e-commerce division. Determine and manage marketing budgets, and deliver the marketing activity within the agreed budget. Oversee market research for the brand Monitor competitor activity, trends and industry best practices. Identify target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them. Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information, and make recommendations to management accordingly. Generate valuable partnerships with external parties or industry players to develop joint promotions or collaborations. Source and secure sponsorship for events and collaborations. Generate reports to monitor results, measure ROI and track effectiveness of marketing programs conducted, and present findings and actionable recommendations to management. Oversee press releases for launches and events. Liaise with other internal departments.
