Job Description:Responsibilities Responsible for developing and executing on m.Paani' s strategy for partner acquisition and management, with a focus on FMCG, telco & amp amp payment companies seeking market intelligence & amp amp channel or consumer loyalty and marketing and loyalty reward partnerships Build out alliance strategy, alliance targets, standard operating procedures for partner acquisition and management and developing key supporting materials. Identifying new partnership opportunities for m.Paani, developing a business case for these partnerships and initiating discussions with partners. Responsible for monthly revenue and retailer growth targets Creating case studies to share with potential clients creating and ensuring that communication collaterals are consistent and up to date while address client queries Upon closing a client, working with the product team to ensure great design and execution to surpass client standards Creating a solid leads funnel for m.Paani via networking events, cold calls, existing network Holding regular meetings and acting as a contact point for alliances. Identify opportunities to further implement m.Paani' s solutions. Management also involves working with the partner management and data science teams to demonstrate program ROI and benefits. Ongoing reporting to senior management on alliances developments and team performance. Research and identify key market trends as they relate to m.Paani' s business. Work with the senior management team to implement resulting program developments. Build pricing models and projections to model out partnerships Required Skills And Experience 5-8 years of relevant business development / sales & amp amp marketing experience preferred experience with loyalty, data research or marketing solutions Strong business development experience, ideally building and managing partnerships with large FMCGs corporations/MNCs, banks, modern trade and general trade Strong quantitative skills for partnership analysis Polished and professional with strong presentation and oral and written communication skills Confident negotiation skills and a positive - can do- attitude High ethical standards Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours Experience working in a start-up strongly preferred MBA a plus but not required Compensation & amp amp Logistics This is a full-time opportunity.- Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
