Job Description:We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist who will own and execute paid marketing for Solomo Media &amp amp amp it' s clients on the social and digital platforms. You will be responsible to run &amp amp amp optimise Facebook Adverts, Google Adwords and other Paid Campaigns designed to deliver customers with the highest lifetime value at the lowest CPA possible. The ideal candidate for this position should have a firm social media and analytical background in paid media with a strong discipline for driving conversions and delivering real ROI Responsibilities: Provides clear, strong reporting on tactics, results, and conversion/performance metrics. Apply appropriate analysis and optimisation techniques to aggressively scale paid media campaigns on Facebook Adverts, Google Adwords and other platforms. Strategically craft paid Facebook audience targets using custom audiences, retargeting, and psychographic characteristics. Key stakeholder in identifying a strategy to attract, engage, and convert social users through a paid campaign. Educates oneself on new program features and best practices that could be used to achieve core KPIs. Reporting: Analyse data to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures, and to provide key insights and recommendations on campaign performance. Clearly develop, outline, and plan strategic ad campaigns to achieve clearly defined objectives. Skills &amp amp amp Qualifications: 1+ years of hands on experience in managing Paid Media Marketing &amp amp amp Digital Advertising. Highly proficient in Google Adwords, Facebooks Ads Manager and/or Power Editor. Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads will be a plus. Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove statistical significance between ad and target market variations. Proven skills in ad copywriting. Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics softwares Experience working in International markets.
