Job Description:Providing services to new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners with team & amp amp individual. Lead from front to achieve the targets Hands on all type of business reports Maintaining channel partner relationship. Responsible for Revenue enhancement of Franchisee as per Business Plan. Mentoring, coaching & amp amp activation of franchisee. Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell through sub brokers for third party products MF,LI,HI. Involve, engage, motivate, develop, lead and drive business. Develop best in class consistent operations, and ensure service excellence.& amp nbsp Manage the day to day operational activities, ensuring the teams respond to business partners queries and requests in-line with agreed deliverable.& amp nbsp Service Delivery Effectively and drive through quality service delivery by managing to agreed service levels, targets and KPIs, wherever possible striving to add value.
