Responsibilities: Building & amp amp Facility management - working with building owner and maintenance staff to get issues resolved in timely manner. Staff liaison for ongoing tenant/landlord matters. AMC negotiation, Renewals and Maintenance - UPS, ACs, Pest Control, Fire extinguishers, Guest House Lease etc. Cab transportation arrangement Employees. Guest House Maintenance Weekly cleaning, dry cleaning. Quaterly maintenance of Fire extinguisher, Chimney cleaning. Monthly inspections. Annual lease renewal. Make travel arrangements including obtaining visa, tickets, per diems, travel insurance, hotel bookings for employees. Coordination with accounts department, Invoice Processing, checking bills for clearance for payment related process. Vendor payments, Check deposits. Courier Management. Assist in Induction & amp amp Joining Formalities - Login accounts, ESI, PF, Bank Accounts. Requirements: Relevant experience of Minimum 7 years in managing administration of mid/large companies Graduation/Post-Graduate in any stream from reputed institute within India. MS Office:- Working knowledge of Excel, Word Excellent communication skills Open for working in Night Shift or weekend as per work requirement.
