Job Description:The Regional Shopper &amp amp amp Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for the one of the key verticals of S&amp amp amp CM i.e., channel partners. Responsibilities include customer activations, driving distribution &amp amp amp channel efficiencies, allocated budget management and evaluating &amp amp amp implementing strategies for business growth.&amp amp nbsp He/she would be the key person involved with all launch planning along with HO team, driving channel efficiencies &amp amp amp channel programs. Create Retail Excellence at point of sale and develop stronger customer partnerships by building customer blueprints &amp amp amp driving excellence in execution.&amp amp nbsp Developing &amp amp amp implementing Route To Market (RTM) strategies &amp amp amp initiatives to improve efficiency &amp amp amp effectiveness of trade coverage. &amp amp nbsp Keep a track of set KPIs and drive improvement areas to regional sales teams.&amp amp nbsp &amp amp nbsp Track monthly achievements of DSR/PSR vs targets and finalize incentives for them.&amp amp nbsp Plan &amp amp amp Track subsidy budget utilization in region to drive maximum efficiency in the same.&amp amp nbsp Benchmark &amp amp amp plan optimum manpower numbers for the region &amp amp amp drive outlet coverage efficiencies from it.&amp amp nbsp Plan distribution, sell ins and finalize launch plans for all the new launches in consultation with HO team.&amp amp nbsp &amp amp nbsp Align all stakeholders to ensure that the launch plan is customized at micro-level&amp amp nbsp &amp amp nbsp Planning &amp amp amp execution of all Merchandising &amp amp amp Visibility elements in GT customers &amp amp amp visibility budget management. Planning &amp amp amp execution of shopper engagement activations &amp amp amp local shopping occasions/festivals at POS along with HO team.&amp amp nbsp Driving growth &amp amp amp distribution across channel clusters within region&amp amp nbsp Drive RTM initiatives like REACH to meet KPIs.&amp amp nbsp Monitoring channel performance &amp amp amp identifying opportunities for business growth in key clusters&amp amp nbsp Localized initiatives to fuel business growth in channels&amp amp nbsp
