Job Description:Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Lead the SAP HCM side of the SAP implementation project(s). Support production configuration and assist in functional change requests. Support business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills. Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modelling. Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities. Demonstrate proof of concept & amp amp assist in training activities Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality. Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & amp amp problem resolution. Work with SAP to resolve software bugs. Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research. Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations. Professional and Personal Requirements 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM operations roles with at least 3 E& amp amp E implementations with 2 rollout projects. Experience in Sap Success factor is preferred Configuration expertise in Payroll info types, Wage Types, processing class, Symbolic Account, G/L Accounts and Remuneration Form Customization of Payroll Schema and PCR Custom reports for Payroll involving extracting data from Payroll clusters Experience in Time management integration with Payroll Experience with Off cycle workbench and Payroll adjustments Good in Payroll centralized and decentralized business process Knowledge in Payroll interface HCM Core Modules Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (PT), Compensation and Payroll Accounting. Rich experience required in Configuration, Customization with HR Business Processes. Payroll and Time expert. Expertise in USA/Canada specific Payroll functionalities, Year-end activities, legal reporting and compliance process. Highly experienced in SAP Payroll and Time integration, Payroll integration with SAP FI/CO module. Good knowledge on Positive time, Attendance and absence procedure. Expertise in Benefits Administration, Benefits plan and its integration. Highly experienced in Benefit Enrolment tools for US and Canada and knowledge to deal with WebDynpro application with this tool. Good in web enabled application such as ESS and WebDynpro for various HR/Benefits forms and processes as Agrium Benefits is highly customized. Must have good exposure working with HR Interfaces/3rd Party tool such as Org. Publisher, ADP application, Easy Reporter (Spinifex), Arinsos DTT Data Transfer Tool, Manager Tool Box (MTBX), BSI Tax Factory, EmpCenter, Sun Life etc. Experience in HRSP and applying BSI Tubs. Well experienced in Roll-out (Merger Projects). Must have experience in comprehensive transformation process such as Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) and Business consolidation (SEM-BCS). Good Knowledge on creation of custom info types. Good knowledge on authorizations and roles Knowledge of assisting in setting up of 3rd Party Interfaces Inbound and Outbound. Knowledge of Adobe forms, Batch Jobs processing and monitoring, LSMW, Ad-Hoc query, HR Reporting, HR Authorization and experience in handling HR/Security issues. HRSP Testing and up gradation. Nice to have skills SAP' s certification preferred. Knowledge in Success Factors 4+ Years of Domain Experience.
