Job Description:Entire administration activities of the Organizational Development dept. at Corporate Office and coordinating the PAN India trainers. Management of various projects pertaining to the dept. and constantly following up with the stake holders for its completion. Providing ideas and inputs to the HOD in relation to the activities of the dept. Designing and preparation of content for trainings on products, process, regulatory and behavioral sections. Maintain E-learning portal and ensure updation of learning modules timely. Support in the conduct of online assessments for the staff as per the schedules. Ensuring the completion of scheduled trainings as per the schedule, any deviation to be identified and to be raised to the HOD. Manage Training Management Module and reports of the departmental activities. Analysis of the reports pertaining to employees training, assessments, training costs and relating to any activity undertaken by the dept. Provide timely suggestions and findings based on the analysis. To design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, lectures,etc.) as required. Identifying the training agencies which can be utilized as Training Partners for PMKVY or any other projects. Assessment and recommending of training agencies. Time bound completion of documentation works related to agreements with TPs. Assessment of the candidates sourced by the TPs at the beginning of the training. Assessment of the quality of the training imparted by TPs.& amp nbsp 1st level interview of the candidates who have successfully completes the training. On-going review and ensuring that the TPs adhere to the SLAs Taking formal feedback from the candidates on the training received and faculty. Feedback and ensure necessary corrections made by the TPs on the basis of the feedback given both on training content and the faculty / trainer. 1st level vetting of the invoices received from the TPs.
