Overview: The Head Business Development role is responsible for setting the vision, strategic direction and long and short term business goals for HR outsourcing &amp amp amp ITES company. The Head Business Development is responsible for the overall leadership and management of team in all aspects of Business Development, Growth , expansion of company including, but not limited to, Operations, financial management, delivery, customer service, and field marketing. The Head Business Development is responsible for planning, implementation of business targets and Interacts with external business community to promote company and business Responsibilities: Responsible for driving the Business Development effort in accordance with the Company strategy and budget for Market. Strategically plan the overall management and objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives. Build, develop, coach and support an effective team drive achievement of organizational objectives by identifying opportunities for growth and learning while fostering a high performance culture. Supports and advises the Management in decision-making, ensuring that relevant financial and operational data is presented to the Management in a consistent and timely manner. Demonstrates capability and leadership in making a variety of routine and complex decisions affecting the region and division. Provides effective communication on the rationale for these decisions to all levels of affected management personnel. Researches, develops, and implements Business Development strategies and programs focusing on the retention of present business and the acquisition of new business. Troubleshoots all systems and procedures makes necessary modifications and changes to maximize operational efficiency. Resource Planning and Management Plans, manages, coordinates, strengthens and institutionalizes business development operations Leads, promotes and provides quality control oversight in all business development functions and operations Consistently assesses workloads, matching existing personnel resource needs to business development demands, and recommend needs for new staff or surge capacity Works in partnership with with HR / Recruitment to ensure winning proposal recruitment Ensures that thorough and timely editing processes are in place for submitted proposals Trains, coaches, and mentors in strategic planning, marketing, and business development functions EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE &amp amp amp OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree or the equivalent, plus a minimum of Fifteen years of combined industry related experience in the application of complex concepts and principles, and theories from more than one field. Knowledge of business/strategic/financial planning, marketing/sales/service techniques, industry business/operations requirements, quota development, and quality requirements plus a thorough knowledge of human resources principles required. Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and communication also required. Ability to effectively analyze client s needs and work in a partnership to achieve common goals
