The team members are alumni of leading institutions like Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, Kellogg, IIT Mumbai, Duke, MDI, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Shillong and have previously worked in companies such as Tiger Global, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Boston Consulting Group, Zipdial, SAP, and Stratify. As the Sr. Sales Associate ,we are looking for a digital savvy, customer obsessed and strategic thinker who will be responsible for key customer relationships, overall sales process and setting appropriate metrics to increase the sales funnel. Your responsibilities include: Identifying opportunities and qualifying leads Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects Identifying key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline Creating first level contact and developing relationship with top management in the target accounts Conducting a needs analysis and determining prospects pain points to determine how the company' s solution will speak to those needs Developing and continually refining the market opportunity and segmentation with particular focus on marketplaces and platforms Improving profitability by right product placement, leveraging technology to deploy a low cost digital mediums and scalable self-service model which is also in line with changing customer preferences Identifying the non-trading accounts and convincing them for trading Independently managing the sales pipeline ensuring the forecasting is robust and meeting the targets, including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects Managing existing customer relationships and monopolising on those relationships
