As the Business Development Associate , you will be responsible to lead and manage key steps in the sales process, including prospecting, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, analysis, ROI modeling, key ownership research, competitive intelligence, developing business relationships, coordinate complex decision-making process, and overcome objections to closure. Your responsibilities include: Scouting the market for potential leads Generating leads by employing various channels Driving a high volume of qualified leads with targeted clients, prospects and referral sources Identifying and developing cross selling opportunities to grow company portfolio Facilitating the sales process and related programs/protocol to foster a business development culture Achieving the sales pipeline and ensuring proper protocol for notifications and proposal development Engaging in trade conferences, nurturing industry relationship and closing possible opportunities Designing tailor made business proposals and meeting possible opportunities with the available product line Acquiring Corporate Clients and maintaining ongoing relations with companies Engaging and retaining clients with immediate escalation facilitation, regular visits and value delivery Participating in sales strategy development
