Job Description:1.Responsible for all documentation including but not limited to drafting and vetting of Contracts, drafting various legal documents, MOUs. 2.Active involvement in court matters. 3.Co-ordination with various department heads for various legal issues 4.Attending to Directors and Senior Managements work queries as and when required to ensure attentiveness as and when required. 5.Drafting & amp amp Vetting of Agreements, Contracts, business agreements, Leave & amp amp License Agreements and other documents. 6.Filing of cases in High Court, Sessions Court, and Labour & amp amp Industrial Courts. 7.Representing the Organization and attending cases in High Court, City Civil Court, Labour Courts and various other courts. 8.Co-coordinating and following up with advocates who are handling companys cases. 9.Liaison with Government bodies. 10.Implementation of processes in branches and regions e.g. sending formats, Instructions, records etc. 11.Administrative work of managing the licenses, maintaining appropriate files and keeping track of when to apply for renewal, etc 12.Maintaining records of all legal cases, filing and documents maintenance.
