Job Description:Dear Candidate, Position: Business Development - Manager Experience 1 to 8 years Brief Roles & amp amp Responsibilities: Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. End-to-end distributor management which includes appointing/sourcing prospective distributors and maintaining a healthy relationship. Responsible to drive secondary and tertiary sales. Ensuring effective propagation of schemes/benefits to the distributor or dealer as designed by the management. Responsible for overall growth and success of the business in the assigned SBU. Responsible to prepare and share project health report, key business win etc to the management time to time. Escalate service issues to service department to ensure better customer service. Willing to travel 15-20 days of the month. Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
