Job Description:In your role as HR Service Delivery Sr.Specialist you will Service Delivery, People Service Center contact (w/addnl expertise, Intermediate level) Receives inquiries and serves as initial point of contact for more complex/intermediate manager/employee and HR inquiries to call/contact center Follows established, and contributes to design of, processes for service delivery and monitors own and overall work in process Service Delivery workload administration across multiple areas (breadth) Service Delivery functional area Subject Matter Expertise (depth) (e.g., joining, exiting, data, payroll, LOA) System and process administration (Case management, Knowledge base, portal, content) Accountable to service delivery performance/satisfaction measures, expectations and standards (qualitative/quantitative), may monitor delivery performance of others Developing and Delivering periodic training to HR and customer community on HR systems and processes Monitor Service Delivery WIP and perform follow up for ees/mgrs in-process (e.g., On-boarding, eVerify) Progression into this role depends on demonstrated competence and experience mentors and coaches junior staff and handles more complex issues as necessary Influences, leads, and trains team members. Lead role in implementing change initiatives. Proactively representing functional/regional teams perspective HR Service Delivery Sr. Specialists are most successful at Covance with: Minimum 4 years of HR experience Minimum 3 years service delivery call/contact center experience 2-4 years experience with related systems Minimum 1 year business, or related operations experience Capable of working across multiple HR disciplines and processes (i.e., service delivery, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition) Proficient in knowledge of business and related operations Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people Excellent relationship management skills Familiar with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word " />
