Job Description:Senior SAP Technical Consultant - SuccessFactors/ERP Modules (4-9 yrs) - The SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant will have expertise in HR, Employee Self Service, reporting services, centralized HR model across organisation and Promoting benefits of Cloud software as a service. This is a Full-Time Position. - As a successful senior consultant, you must have good understanding of SAP applications process design SAP application design SAP application technical architecture and end-to-end SAP data management. Location : Gurgaon Company : A Fortune 50 listed IT MNC Experience : 4 - 8 years Responsibilities : - 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience and experience configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC or Recruiting or LMS or PMGM or WFA or Compensation) etc. - Responsible for planning and designing phases of full cycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors - Communicating benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and the various IT Teams - Development of business cases for new SAP HR initiatives and present the concepts and direction to executives Qualifications and Requirement : - Bachelor' s degree or equivalent working experience in business, analytics, or Information Technology Field-related field - 4 -8 years experience in working with HR and Talent Management systems, HR Cloud Software Solution Implementations, Business Process Analysis, Change Management, Training, Systems Design, and System Implementation - At least two full life-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation. - Hands on experience on end to end integrations within SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Position Management, Employee Central, Learning, Compensation/Variable Pay, Performance/Goals and Platform) - Should have experience in integration between EC and SAP ERP/HCM and SAP/EC Payroll - Knowledge of Position Management, Core HR, Business Rules, Workflow, Data Conversion, Integrations, Global Design/Implementation, Multi-Language and Role Based Permissions
