Job Description:Senior Sales Manager - Payment Cards Business (12-16 yrs) Title : Senior Manager - Sales Experience : 12 - 15 years Location : Mumbai Reporting : Head - Card Sales Roles and Responsibilities : - Achieve top line, collection &amp amp amp customer maintenance targets as defined / designated by the company (50%) - Drive proactive strategic sales initiatives to ensure market share in the account, leadership in thought process for implementation of new product portfolios and as well - create a unique positioning for the company (20%) - Develop relationship with key stake holders in the customer which can be utilized to gain long term advantages for sales and as well in-roads for the new product sales (10%) - Work closely with other stakeholders in the eco-system to create demand and up-sell to the existing the customer base. (15%) - In charge of developing monthly &amp amp amp annual sales forecast for the department, examining growth opportunities &amp amp amp enabling sales improvements (5%) Desired Skills &amp amp amp Past Experience : - Proven record of accomplishment in B2B sales and preferably in payment space including ATM / POS Terminal / Payments Cards / Payment Solution / Mobile Banking solution. Candidate should have sold either Hardware or Solution to Banking Customers (20%) - Min of 5 years of experience in direct sales with an annual achievement of over INR 15-20 crores. (10%) - Go getter, good communication / presentation skills and penchant to develop relationship at leadership level (15%) - Good knowledge on dynamics of Banking sector future requirements &amp amp amp solutions will be desirable (15%) - Thought leadership skills, self-driven &amp amp amp leading from front. (20%) - It will be advantageous if candidate has exposure to large RFPs in Public Sector Banks and has proven record of accomplishment of wins. (10%) - Master in business management from a reputed institution is preferred (10%)
