Job Description:Designation: Email Manager Experience: 3-8 Years Location: Mysore (Karnataka) Shift: Night Manage client email marketing campaigns including communicating with clients on campaign scheduling, targeting, mailing issues, procedures, expectation setting and exercise discretion in resolving client issues. Develops campaign calendar with timelines and deliverables and leads campaigns to successful completion, on-time and on budget. Manage multiple emails, SMS, push campaigns including sending proofs and incorporating feedback from the customers with tight timelines. Troubleshoot and monitor data transfers and data integration issues as part of complex, dynamic messaging templates. Make recommendations on process improvement and operational execution on delivery of data and creative assets to support business. Key point of contact with clients, responsible for all assigned project interactions, communicating with executive clients and sponsors, monitoring campaign development, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and implementation quality throughout. Acts as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the client and internal teams, developing and maintaining synergistic relationships. Lead process definition with onshore guidance on workflow to receive and manage messaging assets for campaigns. Produce reports and analyze program results. Perform analytics, establish regular analysis process, and create benchmark to identify trends or issues. Proof and quality check projects. Maintain accurate and complete client files documenting specific requirements of each client, managing client enhancement projects and communicating change orders.
