Job Description:- Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company' s portfolio of businesses. - Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis across a multitude of business operations, recommending efficiency and savings or calling out risks or opportunities. - Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company' s business. - Support monthly P&amp amp amp L review process by recapping actual results versus plan, preparing monthly variance reports for business owners and analyzing key performance drivers. Present findings to management that focus on month-on-month changes and key operating metrics and drivers. - Develops and executes financial planning processes for assigned operations, divisions, or departments. - Monitors P&amp amp amp L during monthly financial close. - Provide input for business decisions by producing detailed financial models and P&amp amp amp Ls incorporating assumptions, expectations and known risks. Prepare presentations and other supporting materials. - Responsible for supervising daily project finance activities, Equity Forecasting, Debt Drawn Down Planning, Financial Reporting &amp amp amp Monthly Financial Reporting. - Investigate, review, analyse and publish the standard and adhoc reports, including profit and loss accounts, dash boards and review decks, as required by business, on the financial performance periodically on weekly / monthly basis, along with the details of reasons for the key variances to forecast and plans, trends, observations and suggestions, as applicable. - Develop, publish new reports and review packs as required by business, from time to time. Contribute for the cash flow projections and related analysis and reports. - Review, manage, maintain and work on PL related allocations and entries periodically. - Participate and contribute to the corporate initiatives and projects as required &amp amp amp Identify and contribute to the process improvement opportunities and related documentations
