Job Description

Job Description:- Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks for the team including: managing extremely active calendar, as well as managing schedules and calendars for senior individuals in the team, room booking for meetings, conference calls, video calls, preparing correspondence and presentations, meeting agendas, etc. - Effectively manage inbound and outbound travel arrangements including: preparing detailed travel plans and agenda, coordinating with multiple teams, preparing expense claims for the team etc. - Event management (Town Halls, High Tea, Global Offsite/ Onsite, Dinner meetings etc.) and Office management (filing, documentation, reporting etc.) - Assist the executive assistant and also help in raising identity access management requests, finance requests, budget preparation and related matters, invoicing, bill payments, etc. - Tracking various activities of the team such as leaves, etc. - Tracking matters and providing reports/ presentations as may be required by the team members from time to time and - Such other related tasks as may be required by the Head of Department and other team members.
