Community Associates are our client experience specialists for our business centres. From welcoming customers and guests, to supporting our centre operations and sales activities, to maintaining valuable customer relationships, the Community Associates are an integral part of a team that continually works to improve our customer experience. Key Accountabilities: Ensure that clients in the centre of responsibility are pleased with our services offer the best customer experience Meet and greet customers and visitors as needed. Build strong relationships and act as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors providing a professional and friendly service. Be responsible for addressing customer queries or resolving arising issues. Handle telephone calls and manage the switchboard . Contribute to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying sales opportunities and actively upselling /cross selling of services.
