Writing well designed efficient code. Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets. Completing application development by coordinating requirements, schedules and activities. Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it. Designing and developing the framework of the system and being able to explain choices made. What makes you a good fit for this role: Experience : 5.5 - 8 yrs Execute Dynamics CRM projects for our customers Single Point of Contact for customer related to Dynamics CRM projects Provide consulting and advisory services to customer for solution design and improvements Responsible of developments of new features and enhancements for Dynamics CRM 365 Maintain and improve the existing Dynamics CRM process for existing business partners Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate CRM integration projects and initiatives Operational Responsibilities Collaborate with business partners, IT developers, IT infrastructure, Microsoft in the testing and deployment of Dynamics CRM developments Debug application issues and provide consulting services to customer for solution design Knowledge &amp amp amp Experience Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, 2015 &amp amp amp 2016, 365 design and development experience Should have end-to-end Dynamics CRM project lifecycle experience in projects Sound understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules and underlying data model Very good .NET, C# programming and debugging skills
