Job Description:JOB DISCRIPTION - .NET ANALYST Scope of Role: The ability to understand technical and functional design requirements Developing and testing .NET solutions (Web and Windows based) using C#/VB.Net according to specific business requirements. Participating in application design sessions and code reviews to ensure accuracy towards business requirements and development guidelines Participating in the development of system/design documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and increase application maintainability Troubleshooting & amp amp debugging Internet software technologies Development and implementation of front-end technologies and coding best practices. Multitasking between regular task requests, small projects and working as a team on larger projects Education and Experience: Bachelor' s or Masters degree in Information Technology (Computer Science or related field/MCA) and at least five years experience providing technical support or equivalent combination. A minimum of 7 years of software development experience on Microsoft technologies. At least 5 years of experience on .Net (Windows and Web). At least 5 years of experience using SQL Server as the backend. Must have worked with the latest version of .Net. Knowledge of Internet application architectures that leverage Web Services Solid knowledge of site security and application performance tuning Excellent oral and written communication skills, a teamwork-centric work style, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational skills Microsoft Certification is a plus. Required Skills: MS .Net (2.0 to 4.5) Good Knowledge of ASPX , ASP.net , C#, VB.Net , VB 6.0 is Required Must be well versed with Java script and VB script, HTML, XML Sound knowledge over AJAX & amp amp MSMQ. Knowledge of WPF, WCF, WWF, LINQ. Experience on Telerik controls is a plus. Knowledge of SQL Server, Management, Design, Replication Services, CLR Integration, Managed Provider, Database Architecture / Security. Strong expertise on T-SQL, expertise in writing store procedure, trigger and functions. Experience with Microsoft VSS, TFS. Knowledge of any other source control is a plus.
