Job Description:POSITION: Sr. Manager/Manager - Sales RESPORTING TO: Sr. Regional Sales Manager RESPONSIBLE FOR: Responsible for identifying and winning profitable contracts for ISS in defined markets ROLE PURPOSE: SELLING INTEGRATED FACILITY SERVICES TO CORPORATE' S &amp amp amp MNC' S KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Candidate must have knowledge of Facility Industry and relative experience. Identifying and developing new markets, revenue enhancement through acquisition of new accounts, Relationship Management and upselling of products. Should be expert in Key Accounts handling and business development through Consultative selling and New Client Development, B2B Selling Consultative selling to C level executive, proficient in transforming customer relations to valued business partner, competent in building and sustaining customer and partner relationships. Seek and win profitable business contracts in the designated territory Develop and maintain professional relationships with new clients for future referral Ensure at least 20% of the revenue is generated through Cross Selling Follow up with clients, arranging site visits, meetings and taking other action as is necessary to secure the sale within a reasonable timeframe Organizing / accompanying operations teams for site surveys. Making PPT presentation to client on various services offered by ISS Prepare Costing, Proposals in accordance with client and company requirements Prepare necessary opening advice forms and ensure a signed legal contract is obtained from the client prior to opening the site at the earliest Be fully aware of new trends and competitor initiatives Provide written reports on sales progress and other statistical analyses on a calendar month basis KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED Working knowledge of relevant legislation Strong sales budgeting and business planning skills Demonstrated skills in negotiation and co-operation with operations staff in delivering agreed services to clients QUALIFICATIONS Any Graduate / Post Graduation
